Friday 2nd May 2014

The first full day of the Conference will be split in three – the morning will focus on presentations from key industry business leaders followed by a “Question & Answer” panel session. The afternoon will consist of a fabulous sightseeing tour into London and then an activity evening.

Business Session - to include short presentations from key industry business leaders. Profiles of these speakers detailed below. Learn how these influential figures got into the industry, their backgrounds and experiences and their vision for the future of the removals market.  Following their presentations, the speakers will be available to lead and participate in a “Question & Answer” panel session and debate about key issues within the industry. 12:30 Coaches depart the Marriott hotel for The London Eye.

13:00 - 15:30

 

Embark on the 'London Eye Barracuda' and see London from a different perspective. The riverboat cruise on the River Thames includes a buffet lunch and inclusive wine, beer and soft drinks. Time aboard will give the Young Movers the chance to network and have further discussions with the industry leaders from the morning, several of whom will stay with the YM for the afternoon.

15:30 Disembark the 'London Eye Barracuda'

Private capsules on the iconic 'London Eye' including a champagne reception on a private capsule whilst viewing the sights of the City.

16:45 Coaches depart from The London Eye promptly for the Marriott hotel.
17:45 Coaches depart from the Marriott hotel for Thorpe Park.
19:00 - 20:00

Thorpe Park adventure night! Enjoy an evening at the world renowned theme park. The evening will start with the Young Movers having the exclusive use of three of the top Thorpe Park rides for an hour.

Buffet meal - this will include unlimited wine, beer and soft drinks.

20:00 - 22:30 'Around the Nations Thrill Capital & World Treasure Hunt and Quiz'. Interactive team building activity, using latest technology.  The event will be based around the park. 
22:30 Final drinks and prizes.
23:00 Coaches depart promptly for the Marriott hotel.

 

Saturday 3rd May 2014

 

The second and last full day of the Conference will be split in two – the morning will involve an interactive, team building Treasure Hunt in and around London followed by a typically English afternoon tea at The Ritz and some free time to explore the Capital.

London Treasure Hunt begins. The adventure will consist of a fantastic team based activity using latest technology, with lots of interaction, challenges and surprises in London!  This is an ideal event that has been specifically developed for the Young Movers, to allow you to build relationships with other Young Movers you wouldn't normally associate with, whilst seeing and savouring some memorable sights and sounds of the Capital.

12:00 Treasure Hunt concludes at The Ritz.

12:00 - 15:00

Spectacular English tea at the world renowned Ritz hotel with exclusive use of The Wimborne room, The William Kent room and The Queen Elizabeth room.

15:00 Depart The Ritz for an afternoon of 'free time' to explore the City. Young Movers to make their own way back to the hotel.
18:00 Coaches depart from the Marriott hotel for The Tower of London.

The Tower of London - a spectacular evening dinner and night out awaits the Young Movers. The group will be greeted by The Yeoman of the Guard on arrival before a tour of the Tower and a private viewing of The Crown Jewels.

20:00 The White Tower reception, includes the opportunity to view 'The Line of the Kings' exhibition of life-sized wooden horses and figures of armoured kings. This exhibition is the world's longest running visitor attraction.
20:30 - 22:45 Dinner at The New Armouries - enjoy an exquisite meal at this historic venue.  The cuisine will be of the highest quality of fresh and seasonal locally sourced British ingredients.
22:45 Coaches depart promptly for the Marriott hotel.

 

Sunday 4th May 2014 End of Conference. Young Movers depart.
